Commenting on recent remarks by Bishop Robert McElroy of San Diego, Bishop Thomas Daly of Spokane said, “Reading through Bishop McElroy’s statement, I noticed that he never mentions that abortion is the ‘preeminent’ moral issue for Catholics.”
