Blue Jackets lock up Laine for another season, retain Jenner for 4 years

Restricted free agent forward Patrik Laine accepted the Columbus Blue Jackets' qualifying offer of $7.5 US million for the 2021-22 season. Also on Wednesday, Boone Jenner signed a four-year, $15 million contract extension.
