Maple Leafs' Jason Spezza announces retirement, joins Toronto's front office

After 19 years in the NHL, Toronto Maple Leafs' Jason Spezza has announced his retirement on Sunday. The team says the 38-year-old centre will join Toronto's front office as a special assistant to general manager Kyle Dubas.
