FEMA administrator says to expect deadly storms to be the 'new normal' as the impact of climate change becomes 'the crisis of our generation'

The remarks come after severe storms and tornadoes ravaged much of the Midwest and South on Friday, with the death toll in Kentucky expected to top at least 80 people.
