News24 | 'Take modern tech into account': Criminal Procedure Act must be modernised, says Lamola

The Criminal Procedure Act enacted in 1977 and its several amendments are not compatible with "the current societal evolution". This is according to Justice Minister Ronald Lamola, who was speaking at the national conference of the Integrated Criminal Justice System and the Review of the Criminal Procedure Act.
