Late Queen's 'frail' health caused major change to Jubilee Paddington Bear sketch

The late monarch was widely believed to have filmed her popular Platinum Jubilee Paddington Bear Sketch at Buckingham Palace but actor Simon Farnaby has revealed that was not the case due to her bad health.
