Portland city commissioner who wants to defund the police called 911 on Lyft driver

Portland City Commissioner Jo Ann Hardesty, who has pushed for large cuts to the Portland Police Department, called 911 on a Lyft driver Nov. 1st after he cancelled the ride she was in and asked her to get out of his car.
