'Elon Musk told Pentagon he spoke to Putin directly'

Elon Musk, CEO of SpaceX, reportedly told Pentagon officials that he had spoken with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Musk volunteered this information during a conversation about Ukrainian forces losing connection to SpaceX's Starlink service as they entered territory contested by Russia. Musk had previously denied speaking to Putin.
