The Kremlin expressed concern over a Washington Post report claiming that a Ukrainian military officer coordinated the attack on Russia's Nord Stream pipelines without the knowledge of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The report alleges that Roman Chervinsky, a senior Ukrainian military officer, was the coordinator of the attack and received orders from senior Ukrainian officials. The Kremlin spokesperson called it an alarming signal and suggested that if Ukraine is not in control of the situation in its own country, it should be taken into account.
