Warren Buffett Steps Down as Berkshire Hathaway Chair

Warren Buffett, 96, is stepping down as chair of Berkshire Hathaway after more than 50 years and will become chairman emeritus while remaining on the board. His son, Howard Buffett, will succeed him as chair, the company announced.
