Butler rally shooting death

James Copenhaver, 76, one of three people wounded in the July 2024 assassination attempt on then-candidate Donald Trump at a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, has died in Pittsburgh from lingering injuries, his lawyer said Thursday. Copenhaver was struck in the arm and abdomen during the shooting.
