British Cyclist Finlay Tarling Dies in Volta a Portugal Accident

British cyclist Finlay Tarling, 19, has died in a serious accident during stage eight of the Volta a Portugal. Tarling rode for the NSN Development Team and was the younger brother of Netcompany Ineos rider Josh Tarling. His team said it was "heartbroken" over the death. Details of the accident had not yet been confirmed.
