Healey to promise 'new age of industrialisation' for UK

Chancellor John Healey is expected to promise a "new age of industrialisation" for the UK in his speech to Labour's annual conference on Monday, including new facilities to maintain nuclear submarines on the Clyde. Healey, who replaced Rachel Reeves, will unveil his budget in four weeks.
