Wisconsin Congressman Survives Plane Emergency Landing in Lake

U.S. Representative Tom Tiffany escaped a sinking plane and swam to safety after the aircraft made an emergency landing on a Wisconsin lake late Saturday. Tiffany and the pilot called 911 from atop the plane. The small plane experienced a mechanical issue that forced the landing.
