UK Doctor Charged Over 1994 Rwanda Genocide

Dr Vincent Brown, formerly Dr Vincent Bajinya, 65, has appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court charged with seven offences linked to the 1994 genocide in Rwanda, the first such case brought in the UK. He was charged following a seven-year British investigation. Brown previously lived in Kigali, Rwanda's capital.
