The pandemic canceled spring practice.we were having such a great offseason and this group of kids high buy in and its tough for me because i love them and i miss working with them everyday.
The pandemic forced coach skains to get creative with offseason workouts... one coach posts a workout for the players to do on tea's twitter page.

The coach put a video up of them doing the workout.
A workout they can do at their house without weight equipment and then we post our times on twitter post our results.
Hold each other accountable and the kids can see everybody is doing it.
This is the 4th week of the online workouts coach skains says the players are buying in.
The next step is using google classroom this week.
Today i am recording a video on tackling.
