United Airlines is making changes to its travel policies after a picture of a packed flight went viral over the weekend.
The airline said they will now notify its passengers ahead of time if their flight is expected to be at full capacity and will allow passengers to receive a credit or change flights if they are not comfortable boarding a crowded plane.
