Peaceful protest in Rome

Rome residents gathered outside the Rome Police Department for a protest against police brutality and the death of George Floyd.

Being recognized for keeping everyone safe during yesterday's protests and they're thanking demonstrators for being peaceful.

Kristen, yesterday's protests could have gone in a much different direction and law enforcement, the protesters as well as the community are thankful that it went the way it did.
