Primary school kids running for drug gangs ‘is the norm’

Anne Longfield, Head of the Commission on Young Lives, says children as young as 10 and 11 running drugs for gangs has “become the norm”, while those aged 13 and 14 are running the “criminal business enterprises”.

It is estimated that as many as 200,000 children are at risk of getting involved.
