Jacinda Ardern welcomes her newly sworn in New Zealand cabinet

New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern on Friday told her new Cabinet members they will govern during "one of the most difficult times" in the country's history amid the challenges posed by the coronavirus pandemic.
