Underworld figure attacked with rock in prison won’t receive compo

The Victorian government has rejected a suggestion from a Supreme Court judge that it should pay compensation to underworld figure and boxer Sam ‘The Punisher’ Abdulrahim after his parole was revoked because he was the suspected target in three shootings.
