8 Austin residential real estate execs rank among nation's most powerful, including a new face

Austin Board of Realtors CEO Emily Chenevert is one of the country's most powerful and influential people in residential real estate, according to the Swanepoel Power 200 list released this week. This is the first time on the list for Chenevert, who, as the top executive at ABOR, leads a group with more than 13,000 members.
