The Oregon House on Tuesday passed a bill banning online and other remote sales of e-cigarettes and liquids. House Bill 4078, which passed on a vote of 41-18, adds “inhalant delivery systems” to Oregon’s existing ban on remote sales of combustible and smokeless tobacco products. The new category encompasses all vaporizer systems, vape pods and e-liquids created to deliver nicotine to the lungs, according to consumer advocacy group OSPIRG.
