Palo Alto health payments software startup acquired

Palo Alto-based payments software company Simplee has been purchased by Flywire, a Boston company fresh off of a $120 million Series E investment round led by Goldman Sachs. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Simplee had raised $36.4 million in venture capital funding.
