Andy's dandy: Beshear ranks No. 1 in poll of governors

When it comes to governing through the coronavirus outbreak, Kentucky is second to none. That's according to a U.S. News and World Report poll that shows Gov. Andy Beshear in the top spot among governors nationally with a score of 4.44 out of 5. Breaking down the responses further: 86% said Beshear has been "good" or "excellent;" 9% were "neutral;" and 5% said his response to the pandemic is "poor" or "very poor."
