Self-driving delivery startup wins California permit, plans test runs in Bay Area

Nuro Inc. has won a California permit to begin testing its unmanned delivery vehicles in the state and said its first runs will be in Silicon Valley. The Mountain View startup founded by a pair of ex-Google engineers is only the second company to win permission to test fully driverless vehicles on public streets in the state.
