Caldwell to propose second shutdown for Oahu bars

After being permitted to reopen less than six weeks ago, Oahu bars are facing another round of shutdowns. Mayor Kirk Caldwell said in a press conference that he plans to submit a proposal to Gov. David Ige on Tuesday for an amended emergency order that would require bars to close for three weeks in an effort to stop the spread of the coronavirus.
