A Massachusetts advertising agency has been tapped to spearhead the marketing push for Pittsburgh International Airport. The Allegheny County Airport Authority board on Friday approved a $1 million annual contract with Boathouse Group Inc. for marketing services. Boathouse, a full-service agency launched in 2001 by a pair of industry veterans, is based in Waltham.
