Denied! Judge rejects Lindberg's attempt to delay prison sentence — again

A federal judge has denied yet another attempt by convicted Durham billionaire Greg Lindberg to postpone his seven-year prison sentence. That means Lindberg, the founder of Global Growth (formerly known as Eli Global), is set to report to prison Tuesday.
