Nikola, GM ink renegotiated technology deal that excludes Badger pickup truck

Nikola said it had signed a nonbinding memorandum of understanding stating that it and GM will work together to integrate GM’s hydrogen fuel-cell technology into Nikola’s semi trucks. But an equity deal and the Badger pickup aren't part of the plans.
