Dress Barn, Pier 1 owner acquires Stein Mart with plans for e-commerce revamp

Retail Ecommerce Ventures has won a bankruptcy court auction for the intellectual property of Jacksonville, Florida-based department store Stein Mart with plans to relaunch the brand online.
