Beltline Southside Trail "well-positioned" to win federal funding

While "nothing is guaranteed," Atlanta BeltLine Inc. President and CEO Clyde Higgs feels the project has a good chance of receiving a RAISE grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation later this year.
