Google got 27,762 complaints from Indian users in April

Google said it received a total of 27,762 complaints in April from individual users in India about content on its platform, and removed 59,350 items. The disclosure came as part of its maiden monthly transparency report, a requirement under India’s new IT rules that came into effect from May.
