Philadelphia lobbying firm adds Holly Kinser, opens Pittsburgh office

The former lead lobbyist for Mayors Ed Rendell and Michael Nutter brings a big client following, while the firm's new Steel City location will be led by a former legislative aide to new Pittsburgh Mayor Ed Gainey.
