CareAcademy, a Boston-based startup that trains home care professionals, most of them people of color, announced it's received a $20 million strategic investment, led by Goldman Sachs' One Million Black Women Initiative. CareAcademy was founded in 2013 by two women of color, Helen Adeosun and Dr. Madhuri Reddy.
