The Fed only needs another 100 basis points of rate hikes as the economy is already showing signs of slowing, Wharton's Jeremy Siegel says

The market thinks the Fed needs to raise interest rates by up to another 130 basis points. "My feeling is we won't need that much," said Jeremy Siegel.
