BEL gets orders worth Rs 2,118.6 crore

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has secured a Rs 2,118.6 crore order from Cochin Shipyard Limited for supplying sensors, weapon systems, fire control, and communication equipment for six Next Generation Missile Vessels (NGMV) for the Indian Navy. BEL also received additional orders worth Rs 886 crore for Air Force Network (AFNET) satellite communication upgrades, Akash missile enhancements, and other equipment, bringing its total orders for the current financial year to Rs 14,384 crore.
