Lata Di thanks Maha CM for b'day gift

On the occasion of legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar's 91st birthday, Maharashtra Higher and Technical Education Minister Uday Samant announced that the state government is planning to set up a music college with international standards. He added that the college will be named after Pandit Dinanath Mangeshkar.
