Dozens arrested in anti-govt protests in Moscow

Dozens of demonstrators were detained in Moscow on Wednesday evening at a rally against recent constitutional changes that would allow Russian President Vladimir Putin to remain in power until 2036. Hundreds of people attended the rally, which was called to collect signatures in protest at the changes.
