EU says UK 'seriously damaged trust' amid Brexit row

After emergency talks in London, the EU warned that new UK bill on trade would be "an extremely serious violation" of the Brexit withdrawal agreement. Neither EU or UK can legally change the divorce bill, Brussels said.
