B.C. First Nations disappointed Supreme Court won't hear their appeal of Trans Mountain project

A trio of B.C. First Nations are expressing disappointment after learning the Supreme Court of Canada has denied their application to challenge a Federal Court of Appeal decision on the Trans Mountain pipeline expansion.
