Contact Tracing Is Not Occurring In Black Communities in the United States As founder of the African American Juvenile Justice Project, we are seeing an alarming increase of families impacted by the Corona Virus across the United States. Contact Tracing Is supposed to be able to identify individuals who may have been exposed to people infected by covid19. We are learning that tracers have not contacted a large number of families.
