Helping America's Children Return to School Millions of children in America return to school this week. Most are engaged in virtual learning. Some have special needs and require one-on-one teaching. Parents assert that they are ill-equipped and ill-advised about how to meet the challenges of virtual learning. Some households do not have Wifi and internet access.
