Hungarian politician fined €12,000 for giving PM Viktor Orbán potatoes in Parliament

Hungarian politician Péter Jakab has been fined €12,000 for trying to give Prime Minister Viktor Orbán potatoes during a Parliament session last week. According to the politician, many people voted for the ruling Fidesz party in recent by-elections because they were given free potatoes.
