Taliban claims Kabul attack, warns of future assaults in response to ramped-up government airstrikes

The Taliban said the attack on acting Afghan defense minister Bismillah Khan Mohammadi, who survived the attack, was in retaliation for escalating government attacks on Taliban fighters.
