Jan. 6 panel can gain access to Trump records, judge rules

The decision by U.S. District Judge Tanya S. Chutkan cleared the way for the release of government records requested by the congressional committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol. Attorneys for the former president vowed to appeal the decision.
