Authorities are trying to determine the cause of the crash of a medical transport plane that killed all five people aboard, including a patient, in northern Nevada. The National Transportation Safety Board sent a team to investigate Friday night's crash near Stagecoach. The crash occurred amid a winter storm warning issued by the National Weather Service for large parts of Nevada. Forecasters said it was snowing steadily and visibility was under two miles when the plane left Reno for Salt Lake City, Utah, and crashed in a mountainous area. Two residents of Stagecoach said they heard the single-engine plane just before the crash.
