Hyderabad: Haneef chacha’s auto doubles up as free ambulance

The word YOLO (you only live once) — one of the many modern-day internet jargons — best describes Mohammed Haneef. Even at a ripe age of 84, retirement is the last thing on his mind. While on the one hand he plies people back and forth; on the other hand, his auto-rickshaw doubles up as an ambulance. Since 2017, when he began the service, Haneef chacha has driven thousands of people to private and public hospitals for free.
