Returnees account for 72% of Bihar’s Covid cases in last 20 days

Bihar’s migrant workers, who have returned to the state amid the Covid lockdown, have accounted for an alarming 72% of the cases recorded in the past 20 days. The number of patients with novel coronavirus symptoms has doubled to 2,166 in just one week. The figure was 1,000 on May 15.
