21-day notice to call House, unless for trust vote: Rajasthan governor to CM

Besides giving a 21-day notice, the “points” that the cabinet now needs to comply with include video-recording and live telecast of the House proceedings if the government chooses to go for a trust vote. The vote of confidence should be in yes-or-no format only, the governor's directive states.
